Caribbean food week 24th -31st August

I've really enjoyed experimenting with Caribbean inspired food this week, this last recipe I'm sharing with you is a Caribbean inspired drink.

You will need:
300 ml coconut milk
One banana
Coconut shards
Whipped cream
Optional - white rum

Blend the coconut milk and banana together. Optional add white rum! 
Add whipped cream, coconut shards and cinnamon for topping.

Simple but yummy drink.
